Genix Ventures announced today that it will partner with SugarCRM to provide relationship management functionality in conjunction with its existing business applications.
The SugarCRM capability will be integrated with Genix applications to provide front-end capabilities that will support customer acquisition, complaint management and relationship tracking in Genix customers. It is intended that the SugarCRM application will be used in conjunction with the Genix PROTRACK and Casegenix solutions in the first instance.
Announcing the partnership, a Genix spokesman said, “The SugarCRM deal is aimed at filling a gap in the Genix solution set. Our market leading solutions will benefit from the add-on relationship management capabilities that are provided by Sugar. While we do not intend to become a player in the CRM market in Australia, clients of our existing solutions can leverage CRM capabilities to fulfill some requirements that Genix solutions do not address.”
