Customers have the option of using the preconfigured workflows, performance objectives, reports and screens or can nominate to build out new or additional requirements either in-house or using the project team. Genix’s advanced analytics options can provide additional capabilities for high-volume, data intensive and fast-throughput assessments and decision-making.
As a web application, remote workers and external parties including the general public can gain restricted access to contribute or monitor cases from desktop or mobile devices.
Casegenix clients in Australia include the NSW Roads and Maritime Services, AUSTRAC, the Workplace Gender Equality Agency, ANZ, Westpac, NAB and the Victorian Workcover Authority. The solution was integrated with the Mantas anti-money laundering detection platform and sold into a range of clients in the US including the US operations of the Deutsche Bank, PNC Bank, LPL Financial Service and M&T Bank.
